Bill Rowlings, Civil Liberties Australia

Police filter the truth. Forensic science is abused. The prosecutor invents a murder weapon, and the judge agrees. A miscarriage of justice so blatant you won’t believe it possible in 21stC Australia.

Bill Rowlings is correct. Justice has gone feral. Truth has gone out the courtroom door. Criminal law and family law are the worst offenders for it. If you’re a lawyer and try to uphold the law in these areas then you will be targetted by the conduct boards. The conduct boards need to be abolished because the system is flawed, unfair and discriminatory. It’s like how whistleblowers are no longer protected regardless of the law. Regardless of the misconduct being aired. The law has gone feral. It protects noone these days. The law is ignored when it suits the powerful.
